Treet Protection

All orders made through Treet are covered by Treet Protection: get the item that was promised in the condition it was promised in, or you can receive a full refund.

If there’s an issue with your order, file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving the item or if you have been notified that your order has been lost in transit, within 72 hours of receiving such notification. If more than 72 hours have passed after delivery of the item, without receiving a verification or Claim, we will automatically verify your order and returns will no longer be possible.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Claim:

    For items purchased from reimagine, you should submit your return request via the Your Purchases page. For all other items purchased from other users via reimagine, which are covered by Treet Protection (See 'What's Covered?' below), you should submit a claim on the Your Purchases page within 72 hours of receiving the item, or if you have been notified that your order has been lost in transit, within 72 hours of receiving such notification.

  2. Treet Review:

    Treet will review your request and get back to you with any additional questions or required photos.

  3. Print Return Label & Ship:

    If your request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label for you to print and return the item within 72 hours.

  4. Receive Full Refund:

    Once your tracking info shows the item is in the mail, we’ll disburse your full refund.

What’s covered?

  • Misrepresented items:

    The item has notable differences that weren’t mentioned in the original post.

  • Incorrect items:

    The item from the original post is not the item that was received.

  • Inauthentic items:

    The item is not an authentic piece from the brand.

  • Item is lost in transit:

    You receive a notification from the courier that the item has been lost or you have not received the item.
